If the game was actually designed around it this would be a whole other story, but it's not. The fault of HC lies in it being tacked on and poorly thought out. It is not about opinion on the features that normal has and HC turns off. There's just countless little things that fall apart in HC.
A class with half it's gadgets designed around spotting doesn't work when that is ripped out of the game. Sure, 3D spotting gone may be a good thing, but it takes it a step further and completely removes spotting altogether removing any communication outside of maybe your squad you can talk to. There's no runways so you can't repair it like older games lacking regen. No health/armour regen is fine and all, but only if the game was made for it.
The game was balances for nornal mode, HC is completely unbalanced and the map design falls apart with the openness mixed with one hit snipers. Sure, you may not like the normal features, but the game was put together with them in mind. It broken because the game was never designed for it. And why the hell are you calling it GTA view? It's 3rd person and has a much to do with GTA as 1st person has to do with CoD, are we playing infantry in CoD-view? There is no radar, I have no clue what you've been playing.
